Maureen Rosen, 76 - Maureen A. Rosen, 76 Maureen A. Rosen (nee McGarry) of West Orange passed away on Friday January 6, 2012 at Mountainside Hospital in Glen Ridge. Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 9, 2012 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Lourdes Church 1 Eagle Rock Avenue West Orange for the Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting will be Sunday from 3 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The West Orange Elks Special Needs Children Fund 424 Main Street West Orange, NJ 07052. Mrs. Rosen was born in Orange and was a lifelong resident of West Orange. Maureen was a supervisor with the Essex County Board of Voters Registration in Newark for 20 years. Mrs. Rosen was a member of several women's groups. Mrs. Rosen was the beloved wife of Kenneth C. Rosen for 45 years. Loving mother of Colleen Blasi (Richard) Katherine Shauger, Michael Wilk, Kenneth A Rosen (Mary), and the late Patrice Rosen . Beloved sister to Beverly Patrick and the late Kay Wannamacher, Cornelius McGarry and John McGarry. Cherished grandmother to Richard, Caitlyn, Madison, and the late Michael Ryan. Great Grandmother to Carol-An. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
