Obituary of William Eugene Moore

William Eugene Moore III, 85 William Eugene Moore III, 85, of Livingston passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Inglemoor Rehabilitation Center in Livingston. Visitation will be held on Friday January 13, 2017 from 3-7 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in William's name to; The American Cancer Society, 906 Springfield Avenue, Springfield, NJ 07081. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 14, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. West Orange. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. William was born in Orange and raised in West Orange before moving to Livingston 13 years ago. He was a machinist working for Westinghouse in Bloomfield before retiring. Mr. Moore proudly served in the United States Navy from 1953 to 1955, during the Korean War. William was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Moore (nee Hink). Devoted father of Steven and his wife Dina Sforza, Sharon Martin and her husband Robert, Paul and his wife Cathy and William E., IV and his wife Carol. Loving brother of the late Blanche (Dolly) Conger. Cherished grandfather of Bobby, Matthew, Keira, Nicole, Sara, Molly, Samantha and Kayla.
