Obituary of Christopher Joel Szakielo

Christopher "Chris" Joel Szakielo, 60 Christopher "Chris" Szakielo, 60, of East Hanover formerly of West Orange died suddenly on Monday, November 2, 2015. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 3-7 PM with the Funeral Service at 6:30 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Hanover, 14 Hanover Road, East Hanover, NJ 07936. Born in Elizabeth raised in Linden, Chris lived in West Orange before moving to East Hanover 15 years ago. Chris graduated summa com laude from Kean University and became as a self-employed Accountant. Chris was the devoted husband of Janice Craig-Szakielo. Loving brother to Phillip, and his wife, Irene, and Stephen Szakielo. Uncle of two nieces, Melanie and Lauren, one nephew, Daniel, one great niece, Madeline and one great nephew, William.
