I am so sorry to hear that your father has passed. My parents Ron and Sue Chase raced @ Batavia and Buffalo with your dad. I lost my dad in 1996 @ 54, so I know how hard it is..they are our idols. I babysat for both of you for at least one summer while your parents were working. I just thought of it the other day during a talk about being a responsible teenager. I still think about it because all I ever fed you for lunch was hot dogs fried in butter, not too responsible. My thoughts are with you and hopes are that you have great memories of your dear father. Growing up in western ny in the 80's my grandfather was the tattoo man at buffalo archway for many years and as a little kid I thought Tony was kojak and driving horses.great man and horseman so sorry.

tony moved in with me upon his move to new jersey he went to help mike gagliardi we shared an apartment & my house for awhile we had great times R I P my friend thank you for all your advice

God love "Tony"....A long time friend..We worked together many years ago at Dean's Drug store here in Batavia, and shared a lifelong friendship. He was great gentleman and will fondly remembered in our prayers and memories.

Dear Ann Marie and Paul, and to all of Tony's family. We are so sorry to learn that Tony passed away. We often saw him over the years, and of course, Paul and he shared their love of the harness race industry which Paul still works in. We often wondered where Tony was of late, though. It has been some time since we have seen him. It is good to know he was with his family sad to learn his last days were spent struggling with Parkinson's. Why does it seem that we grow older and instead of golden years, they are often anything but. Family makes the difference. I think of Ann so often, she was one of my dearest friends growing up and going to school at Notre Dame. We have had several reunions I always hoped she would attend. We just had our 50th and I told them I am all through with reunions….too many old people! And the beat goes on even without so many of our loved ones. So very, very sorry. Hugs to dear Ann. Hope to meet again. Much love and condolences…
