Loving Mother, Nonna, sister and friend. Grazia Catalano was a long time resident of West Orange, New Jersey. On August 24, 2024 Grazia Catalano, age of 76, sadly left us in her sleep. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Grazia was born February 21, 1948 in Palermo, Italy to the late Giacamo and Rosa Savoia. She was the youngest of 5 children, Giovanni (Caramela) Savoia, Piero (Beatrice) Savoia, Giuseppe (Lidia) Savoia and Maria (Giovanni) Chiovaro.

She traveled to the United States with her family In her teen years. When she was well, she was a devoted mother. Always spending time with her nieces and nephews playing games, sharing stories, singing and dancing, and spoiling them with her food. These attributes were later expressed to her own children and grandchildren who she loved and cared for deeply. She was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what challenges they faced.

Grazia Catalano is survived by her husband Michele Catalano, her children Joseph (Nicole Mills) Catalano, Rosa (Gary) Toriello, Giacamo (Jennie) Catalano, her Grandchildren, Nicole Mills, Dylan Toriello, Jessica Toriello and Noah Lapoff, and her siblings Maria Chiavaro and Piero Savoia.

All of those she loved and touched deeply. Please join us in celebrating her life Sunday morning September 15, 2024, between 11:00 a.m - 3:00 pm at Dangler Funeral Home 340 Main street, West Orange NJ 07052.
