Lois Elizabeth (Grady) Patrick

Lois Elizabeth (Grady) Patrick, devoted wife, mother and grandmother was called to rest peacefully Saturday, July 1, 2023.

Lois was predeceased by her mother Muriel, father Walter and sister Bettyjane, she was the beloved Mother of Susan (Luis), Jeanne (Kevin) and Megan and grandmother of John, Janine, Daniel, Erin, Patrick and Elizabeth.

Lois was born and raised in Orange, NJ, she grew her beautiful family in West Orange, NJ and settled down in Roseland, NJ later on. She loved to spend her summers at her beach house in Lavallette with her family sunbathing, dipping her toes in the water and helping the kids build sandcastles and jump in the waves. Lois was devoted to the love of her life John, married for 61 years and together for 71 years. Lois will be remembered for the unconditional love she provided to her family, along with her infamous stories, recipes and sense of humor.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 6th at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 44 Benvenue Ave. in West Orange.
