Obituary of Rocco Petrillo

Rocco Petrillo Sr., 69

Rocco Petrillo Sr., 69, of Orange, passed away on March 11 at Morristown Medical Center.   

Born in Alberona, Foggia, Italy, Rocco lived in Orange for most of his life.    He worked at Engelhard, later BASF, for over 30 years before retiring in 2021.  

He is survived by his three children, Thomas, Sabrina Chiapperino (Frank) and Rocco, Jr.  (Pilar), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.   

Visiting will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main St.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange.  Entombment will follow at
