Margaret “Marge” Rose George, 91
Margaret “Marge” Rose George, 91 of Montclair passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange. Cremation will be private.
Margaret was born and raised in East Orange, she lived in Bloomfield and West Orange before moving to Montclair. She worked as a Circulation Clerk for the Star Ledger for 37 years before retiring.
Marge was the cherished sister of Rose Praitano, Theresa Tillmes, Gerald George, and the late Antoinette Hoch, Leonard George, and retired East Orange Police Captain Joseph George. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
