Patrick Joseph Lynch, 79

Patrick Joseph Lynch, 79, of West Orange passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.

Visiting will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Saint John’s Church, 94 Ridge Street in Orange. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to; Wounded Warriors Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675, or West Orange PBA Local 25, 623 Eagle Rock Ave, PMB 392, West Orange, NJ 07052.

Patrick was born in Carbondale PA, was raised in Orange NJ before moving to West Orange. He was a mechanic working for NJ Transit in Orange. Pat also was the owner and operator of P & B Baseball Card Company on Main Street in West Orange.

Pat was the beloved husband of 58 years to Beryl Lynch (nee Viney). Devoted father of Patrick H. and his wife Bonnie, Richard J. and his wife Paula, and Carla A. Lynch. Cherished grandfather of Richard, Kristen, James, Kelly, and Katie. Loving brother of Mary Ilardo, Sally Walters, and the late Gene Cannon.

  During the COVID 19 pandemic, all persons entering the Funeral Home will be required to wear a face mask or face covering throughout their stay. Likewise, all social distancing rules must be adhered to. Gathering together in groups should not happen. A continued flow throughout the facility will aid in keeping all of us safe, with everyone having an opportunity to pay their respects.
