Very sorry to learn about Bob’s passing. I remember Bob when we both started at the plant in 1967, with a large group of mechanical dept trainees. He was a very nice guy. Always smiling and with a great sense of humor. Sincere condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing today. I first met Bob in 1988 when I transferred to his work group the Refinery. Bob (as did all his co-workers) welcomed me with both his good nature and competence in his work. I shall always remember Bob with the smile on his face that he so often bore.

I met Bob in 1971.I was a tank field operator and Bob was the Instrument Tech. Bob was a great mechanic and a wonderful person.

I met Bob in 1969 when I bid from process to the mechanical department. We worked for the same foreman before he was promoted to the engineering department. Bob enjoyed his work as well as lots of laughter together. When Bob retired I replaced him in the engineering dept. I can only say how very deeply saddened I was receiving Peters e-mail today. Rest in Peace Bob Steve Rector
