Obituary of Lucille G. Mc Andrew

Lucille G. Mc Andrew, 89 - Lucille G. Mc Andrew of died on Thursday April 30, 2009 at her home in Livingston. Funeral Services will be held on Monday May 4, 2009 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange 340 Main Street at 9:00 AM then to Blessed Sacrament in Roseland for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visiting will be Sunday May 3, 2009 from 3-7 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. Mrs. Mc Andrew was born and raised in Lynbrook, New York and lived in East Orange before moving to Livingston in 1974. She was a Registered Nurse for 40 years, working at East Orange General Hospital before retiring in 1990. Prior to that she worked at The French Hospital in New York and St. Vincent's Hospital in Montclair. During the War Effort she also was a nurse for Curtis Wright in Paterson. Mrs. Mc Andrew graduated from St. Mary's Nursing School in Brooklyn , NY. She was the president of The Employee Council at East Orange General Hospital and a member of Holy Name Church in East Orange and Blessed Sacrament Church in Roseland. Mr. Mc Andrew was the beloved wife of the late Frank T. Mc Andrew. Devoted mother of Frank Jr. "Mickey" and his wife Alice, Douglas and his wife Rosemarie Virginia Kehoe and her husband Bill and her son the late David Mc Andrew. Cherished grandmother of Michael, James, Edward, Elizabeth and Douglas Jr., Caroline, Shannon, David, Colleen, Jennifer, Patrick, John Kearns, Dave Kearns, Rory Kearns, Frank Kearns, Mary, Kelly, Matt, Annie, Neal and Therese Kehoe.
