Dorothy M. Feeley, 85 - Dorothy M. Feeley (nee Lord), 85, of West Orange, NJ, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on January 6, 2014. Visitation will take place at Dangler Funeral Home, 340 Main Street, West Orange, NJ, on Thursday, January 9, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will take place on Friday January 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 AM at Saint John's Church, 94 Ridge Street, Orange, NJ. Born in Harrison, NJ, Mrs. Feeley was a resident of Orange, and a graduate of Our Lady of the Valley High School. For the last 18 years she has resided in West Orange. Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late William Feeley (1985). Surviving are her children, Maureen Borges, of Cherry Hill, Kathy Hubert-McKenna (Ken), of Berkeley Heights, John Feeley, of Scotch Plains, Colleen Miller (John), of Blairstown, and her 9 cherished grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Dalton and Tegan. Mrs. Feeley is also survived by her sister, Emma Ready, of Cherry Hill, and many adoring nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Jerry Hubert (1998), and siblings, Cecelia, Helen, Rose, Margaret, John, and Buddy. She will be sadly missed by her devoted caregiver and friend, Patty. Prior to retiring in 1991, Mrs. Feeley worked at Bell Telephone as a service analyst, Directory Sales Advertising Department for 29 years. She also served as a Union Representative while at Bell. She enjoyed her retirement years traveling, playing Bingo, and most importantly, enjoying her family, friends, and life's celebrations.
