Patricia Ann Paxton, 80

Patricia Ann Paxton (nee Mc Cann),80, of West Orange passed away on Tuesday April 17, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  

Visiting will be held on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street.   Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to: Our Lady of Lourdes Church Capital Repair Fund, 1 Eagle Rock Ave., West Orange, NJ 07052.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday April 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave., West Orange, NJ 07052. Cremation will be private.     

Pat was born and raised in Newark, lived in Jersey City before moving to West Orange in 1973.  She was the Office Manager at the Rectory of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in West Orange. Prior to being married Pat worked at Ballantine Ale and excelled as captain of their bowling team. Pat was devoted to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, and was also a member of their Rosary Altar Society and the Catholic Daughters of America.

Pat was the beloved wife of John A. Paxton Sr. Devoted mother of Kathleen , Marypat, Barbara, and John. Loving sister of Daniel, Margaret, and Kathleen. Cherished grandmother of 6.
