Leonard Gerald Giorgio, 65 - Leonard Gerald Giorgio, "Lenny", 65 West Orange passed away suddenly on Thursday October 10, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Monday October 14, 2013 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 9:00 AM, then to Our Lady of The Lake Church 32 Lakeside Avenue Verona, NJ 07044 for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Cremation will be private. Visiting will be Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lenny's name to the St. Jude Tribute Program, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142, and the Anne Arundel County Special Olympics, PO Box 553, Crownsville, MD 21032-0553. Lenny was born in Orange raised in East Orange and Nutley before moving to West Orange 36 years ago. He was an Engineer working for Bristol Meyers Squibb for many years. Lenny was the beloved husband of 41 years of Sally Giorgio (nee Hanley). Devoted father of Heather Denges and her husband Kevin, Kara Haas and her husband Robert and Keith Giorgio. Loving brother of Carol Armstrong. Cherished grandfather of Lara, Kyle, and Haley.
