Rachel Vaccarella, 90 - Rachel Vaccarella (nee Witel), 90, of West Orange passed away on Friday August 9, 2013 at her home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday August 12, 2013 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Montclair. Visiting will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM., prior to the service. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfumeralhome.com. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Rachel's name to: Order of the Sons of Italy in America Grand Lodge of the State of New Jersey Padre Pio Lodge #2350 c/o 16 Peniston Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936. Mrs. Vaccarella was born and raised in Orange before moving to West Orange in 1966. She was an Executive Secretary working for BASF Pharmaceuticals in Whippany. Rachel was a member of the Sons of Italy in Orange for 20 years. Rachel was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Vaccarella. Devoted mother of Vincent and his wife Michelle, and Thomas and his wife Susan. Cherished grandmother of Victoria, Melissa and TJ. Loving great-grandmother of Rachel and Teresa.
