Camillo "Carmine" Bartiromo, 69 - Camillo (Carmine) Bartiromo Scoutmaster of Troop 54, West Orange, NJ Camillo (Carmine) Bartiromo, 69, of West Orange, N.J. passed away peacefully on Friday May 31, 2013 with his family at his side. A mass of Christian Burial will be said at Saint Joseph's Church, 44 Benvenue Avenue, West Orange, NJ on Saturday June 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM. In respect of Carmine's wishes, he was privately cremated. Arrangements are by Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052. Mr. Bartiromo was born on November 22, 1943, in Newark, N.J. and settled in West Orange, NJ in 1970 with his family. Carmine was a Tool & Die Maker working at CB Kaupp & Sons, in Maplewood, N.J. Carmine was a member of the Boy Scouts of America for 12 years. He was the Scoutmaster of Troop 54 at Saint Joseph's Church in West Orange, NJ. He had the great achievement of bringing 12 Boy Scouts to the rank of Eagle Scout, including his son, Daniel. These were the best years of his life and he took great pride and pleasure in mentoring his scouts. Carmine is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Joan Bartiromo, his son, Daniel and his cherished grandson, Jack Bartiromo; his brother and sister, Gerald Bartiromo and his wife Shirley of Pennsylvania and Carol Ann Wilkie and her husband, Bill of Manahawkin, N.J. along with many nieces and nephews and special friends. He will be sadly missed and joyfully remembered by all. A few years and a million memories make up one's life. Those of us who knew Carmine wish him everlasting peace with God.
