Gerald JAmes Giorgio - Gerald J. Giorgio of Belleville died on Friday March 20, 2009 at Clara Maas Hospital in Belleville. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 24, 2009 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange 340 Main Street at 9:00 AM then to Saint Raphael's Church , Mt. Pleasant Ave. in Livingston for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington. Visiting will be Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com. Mr. Giorgio was born and raised in East Orange living in Nutley before moving to Belleville 3 years ago. He was a Milkman working for Sealtest in New York for 20 years before retiring in 1971. Mr. Giorgio served in the United States Navy from 1942-1945. He was a member of the Teamsters Local. Mr. Giorgio was the beloved husband of 65 years of Florence C. Giorgio (nee De Simone). Devoted father of Carol Armstrong and her husband Bob, Len Giorgio and his wife Sally. Cherished grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 5. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
