William "Billy" Preston Bowman, 53 - William "Billy" Preston Bowman, 53, of Hackettstown passed on Saturday March 2, 2013. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepard Church, 48 Tranquility Road County Rt. 517, Andover, NJ 07821. Arrangements are by The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052. Visiting will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Daughters of William Bowman, c/o Valley National Bank, 57 Decker Pond Road, Andover, NJ 07821. Billy was born in Orange and raised in West Orange, Living in Andover before moving to Hackettstown 6 months ago. Billy was an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association. He also coached his daughters with the Green Township Basketball & Softball League. Billy was the devoted father to Kelsey & Kristie. Loving brother of Ronnie "Duke" and Jimmy Bowman
