Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday February 19, 2013 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 10:00 AM. Edmond was born in New York, NY. He was an Auto Mechanic working for the United States Government. Mr. Bailey proudly served in the Unites States Navy from 1942 to 1945. Edmond was the beloved husband of Helen Catherine Bailey (nee Knowles). Devoted father of William and his wife Teresa, Pat Van Notti and her husband Gene Van Notti. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey Bailey and his wife Denise. Great-grandfather of Christopher and Amanda Bailey.
