Frances Mary Cavanaugh, 100 - Frances Mary Cavanaugh, of West Orange passed away on Friday October 26, 2012 . Funeral Services will be held on Monday October 29, 2012 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Lourdes 1 Eagle Rock Avenue West Orange, NJ 07052 for the Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Visiting will be Sunday 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frances's name to The West Orange First Aid Squad 25 Mount Pleasant Place West Orange, NJ 07052. Frances was born in Ennis,County Claire Ireland coming to the United States in 1928 living in Monmouth County and then West Orange. Mrs. Cavanaugh was a Home maker. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Frances was the beloved wife of the late Edward Joseph Cavanaugh. Devoted mother of James and his wife Mildred, Dennis and his wife Linda, Linda Pilchman and her husband Richard, the late Edward Jr. and the late West Orange Police Chief John. Cherished grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 10.
