Carol Ann Osterman (née Manna)

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Carol Ann Osterman, who left us peacefully on August 16, 2025, at the age of 78.

Carol was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and generosity touched all who knew her. She was the beloved mother of Robert (Kelly), Brian (Georgia), and Danielle Osterman, and the cherished grandmother of Allison, Olivia, Gianna, and Juliana, who were the light of her life.

Affectionately known to many as “Aunt Carol,” she welcomed everyone with open arms and a loving heart. Carol will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for family and friends. Her legacy lives on through the values she instilled and the countless memories she created with those fortunate to know her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A visitation will be held Thursday 8/21 between 5-8pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 340 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052. Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, 90 Whippany Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981, on Friday 8/22 at 10:30am.
