Obituary of Dolores Helen Verzi

Dolores Helen Verzi, 90

Dolores Helen Verzi, (nee Castaldo),90, of East Hanover, formerly of West Orange passed peacefully on Saturday December 29, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.  

Visiting will be held on Thursday January 3, 2019 at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main St. in West Orange from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. 

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday January 4, 2019 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 312 Ridgedale Ave. in East Hanover. at 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com.

Dolores was born and raised in Orange and lived in West Orange before moving to East Hanover. She was the Office Manager for Newsweek in Livingston.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Anthony “Big T” Verzi. Devoted mother of Joanne Reffie, Robert Verzi and his wife Eva, Sandra Verzi, Lorie Italiano, and the late Tony “Little T’ Verzi. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Jessica, and Melissa.
